Program of the 4th International TOCPA Conference, 9-10 February 2013, Tallinn, Estonia
TOCPA – TOC Practitioners Alliance is aimed at people who know TOC and want to deal with the practical aspects of implementing TOC, share their experiences and listen to others’ experiences.
The major activities of TOCPA are the international conferences. We have had already 3 successful conferences. In October 2011, May 2012 and November 2012. These conferences were run In Moscow, Russia and attended by members from many countries.
The next conference, the 4th one will be held in Tallinn, Estonia.
We expect to have presenters from: the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland and Israel. We expect to have participants also from other countries.
It will be run in English. The program is attached. It will be an interesting event discussing recent developments and specific issues in TOC implementations.
The program will cover the following subjects:
- Experience of implementing TOC in companies
- TOC in Service
- Replenishment solution
- Inventory Management
- Thinking Processes
- POOGI – Continuous Improvement
It is meant as an upgrade and get together of TOC experts and practitioners. We will keep the Tallinn event as a small group of participants to allow for intensive interaction and good upgrade.
