is one of the world’s well known names in Theory of Constrains (TOC). He has nearly 40 years of experience in developing, teaching and implementing TOC methodology, solutions and implementation processes working directly with Dr. Goldratt all over the world. Among the countries to which Oded brings his expertise are the USA, Canada, Japan, India, China, the UK, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Colombia, Chile, Peru and many others.    

Oded is the author of Ever Improve – A Guide to Managing Production the TOC Way, published in June 2010. Together with Domenico Lepore, Oded co-authored the book Deming & Goldratt: The Theory of Constraints and the System of Profound Knowledge The Decalogue, and together with Jelena Fedurko – the book Theory of Constraints Fundamentals.

Oded has participated in writing of several more TOC books such as the Goldratt Schools series – CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) (2009), TOC for Production Management (2010), Leading People Through Change (2011), and in the TOC Handbook (McGrow-Hill, 2010). 

Oded has been a reviewer and a contributer to the recent edition of the TOCICO Dictionary of Terms.

Oded is the author of numerous articles on TOC concepts and implementation. He is a sought after trainer in major TOC programs internationally.

Oded was the Founder and the first Chairman of TOCICO – Theory Of Constraints International Organisation. Oded is a partner of Goldratt UK, and from 2001 to 2012 he was a part of Goldratt Group as the International Director for Goldratt Schools. Oded is also an International Director at tocExpert Ltd, a Founder and Co-President of TOCPA – TOC Practitioners Alliance that provides a support forum for TOC practitioners around the world, and a Co-Founder of TOCEXPERT ThinkCamp – an international center for further TOC development. 


Jelena Fedurko-Cohen, Estonia

20151219-IMG_8256Jelena Fedurko-Cohen has been working with TOC since 1999 as a TOC trainer, developer and consultant providing support in TOC implementations in production, supply chain, project management and people management. Jelena has worked in Japan, Poland, Turkey, Italy, Russia, Ukraine, India, China, Chilie, Colombia, Mexico and other countries throughout the world. She provides consultancy and training through tocExpert Ltd, and is the founder of the international tocExpert Network.

She is the author of a series of advanced books on TOC Thinking Processes that bring new important knowledge on working with central logical tools: Behind the Cloud – Enhancing logical thinking (2011),   Through Clouds to Solutions – Working with UDEs and UDE Clouds (2013)Mistakes and Difficulties in Working with TOC Logical Tools (2014), A Good Strategy & Tactic Tree (2016).   Together with Oded Cohen, she co-authered the book Theory of Constraints Fundamentals (2012).

She has also authored numerous articles on TOC concepts and implementation, has edited a number of TOC books, has been a contributing author to a series of Goldratt Schools booksCCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) (2009), TOC for Production Management (2010), Leading People Through Change (2011), and is a regular presenter at TOC conferences.

Jelena has been a reviewer of the recent edition of the TOCICO Dictionary of Terms.

Jelena has been a member of a teaching team for major TOC programs in India and Colombia. Together with Oded Cohen, Jelena has developed and conducts а comprehensive TOC program Strategic Solutions in Russia and Europe.

Jelena translated to Russian the Goldratt Satellite Program, the books The Goal, It’s Not Luck (The Goal-2), Critical Chain, and the TOC Insights.

From 2005 to 2012 Jelena worked within the framework of Goldratt Schools,  and in 2008-21011 she held the position of Goldratt Schools Regional Director for Europe and Russian Speaking Regions. She is an owner and International Director of tocExpert Ltd, a Founder and Co-President of TOCPA – TOC Practitioners Alliance that provides a support forum for TOC practitioners around the world, and a Co-Founder of TOCEXPERT ThinkCamp – an international center for further TOC development. 


Martin Powell FCA, UK

Martin PowellMartin  Powell has been implementing TOC, training clients and other consultants in all aspects of TOC since 1995. His implementations and assignments have covered Operations, Supply Chain, Distribution, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, TOC Accounting and Measures and have been spread over more than 20 countries.

Martin is Director of Goldratt UK and supports the UK team of more than 12 people, where his role includes solution design for client assignments, implementation audit and development of the consultants. He is a former Director of Goldratt Consulting Limited and was for their early years the VP of Finance working directly with Dr Eli Goldratt. As part of Goldratt Group he has conducted special implementation audits and assignments in several countries.

Martin was a member of the faculty of Goldratt Schools, having taught in India, Colombia, South Africa, China and Europe. Together with Oded Cohen he was involved in developing the first TOC consulting capacity in Poland, the Baltic states, and the Czech republic. He regularly writes short articles on a wide range of TOC subjects as part of the Goldratt UK newsletter.


Maria Cristina Sierraalta, Venezuela/UK

Maria Cristina SierraaltaMaria Cristina Sierraalta  commenced working on behalf of the Goldratt Institute in Venezuela in 1995 and has since successfully implemented TOC in a wide variety of organisations, specialising in Operations, Supply Chain and Distribution. Her assignments have been in several Latin American countries, USA, UK and Europe. She has conducted extensive work on TOC Supply Chain implementations in Central Europe [Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Serbia/Montenegro].

She has written and regularly supports the development and application of TOC based software for her clients. Maria also was a contributing author to the series of books published by Goldratt Schools and was a member of their faculty, having taught programs in many countries.

Maria Cristina, a member of the Goldratt UK team, is fluent in Spanish, English and French and a past tutor in Operations Management at two universities in Venezuela, where she supervised bottom line improvement projects conducted by her students in their employers businesses.


Alejandro Fernandez, Colombia

Alejandro FernandezAlejandro Fernandez has been a TOC educator and practitioner since 1993. He received his initial TOC training as Jonah Jonah, and Licensee in Operations, MSW, CCPM at the AGI.  Alejandro has extensively worked with numerous production and supply chain companies in Colombia and Ecuador supporting them on their way to ongoing improvement.

In 2001-2012 Alejandro was a part of Goldratt Group holding the position of Goldratt Schools Regional Director, Latin America. Alejandro is also Director of Piensalo Colombia.

As a joint initiative between Piensalo and Goldratt Schools, Alejandro developed a comprehensive TOC Program Alex Rogo that has been conducted in Colombia, together with North University, with involvement of international TOC experts.

Alejandro has organized several TOC conferences and has been a part of the teaching team in the major TOC programs in Colombia and India. He also participated in writing a series of Goldratt Schools books –  CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) (2009), TOC for Production Management (2010), Leading People Through Change (2011).


Alаn Leader (1927-2012), US

Alan Leader

Dr. Alan Leader earned a BS, an MS and a DBA in business. In addition to several years of industrial production experience, he taught Management at Western Michigan University and the University of Guam, earning tenure and the rank of Professor at both. He was appointed Dean of the College of Business and Public Administration at the UoG, and Dean of the School of Business and Economics at Southern Connecticut State University. He also taught at Seattle University. Dr Leader retired as Dean Emeritus.

He first became acquainted with TOC in the late 1980s and was involved with TOC ever since. He received both a Jonah and a Jonah’s Jonah from the AGI. He joined the faculty at Goldratt Schools and became a founding member of TOCICO.  He served for several years as Chair of the Thinking Processes committee.

Dr. Leader consulted with businesses, governmental units and universities and also served as a professional mediator under the name of Leader Associates.

Dr. Leader presented papers and published widely in the areas of organization structure and effectiveness, decision making, strategic planning and continual quality improvement. Dr. Leader made presentations, taught and published TOC related materials, and contributed articles to  three Goldratt School books on TOC– CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) (2009), TOC for Production Management (2010), Leading People Through Change (2011) and edited  four TOC books. He was a reviewer of the recent edition of the TOCICO Dictionary of Terms.

Nerius Jasinavicius, Lithuania

Nerius JasinaviciusNerius Jacinavicius holds MBA from Edinburgh University and  for many years has worked in distribution, finance management and IT, and has been consulting in production, supply chain, projects and sales management in Lithuania, Latvia, Moldova, Ukraine, Belorussia, Russia, Romania.

Nerius authored numerous articles on TOC concepts and implementation, has been a contributing author to some academic articles, and is a regular presenter at business conferences. He is also an author for business blogs www.TOCSYSTEM.com (in Russian) and www.CommonSense.lt (in Lithuanian).

Nerius is Managing Partner of TOC sprendimai – TOC and LEAN implementation company operating in Lithuania, Moldova, Ukraine and Romania.

Nerius is certified by TOCICO in Supply Chain and Thinking processes and is Certified Management Consultant (ICMCI).


Philip Viljoen, South Africa

philipViljoenPhilip Viljoen has been teaching and implementing TOC since 1992 when he met Eli Goldratt and became a Jonah’s Jonah in 1993. He worked for 7 years as management consultant with the Avraham Goldratt Institute on a number of projects developing and implementing logistic system solutions and improvements using the Theory of Constraints.

Currently he is project leader on TOC projects in South Africa, develops and coaches TOC implementers in India, South Africa and other parts of the world. Philip has developed a comprehensive TOC program Managing the TOC Way – ManTOC conducted in South Africa and India with involvement of international TOC experts.

Philip teaches Strategic Project Management at the University of Pretoria where he previously taught Operations and Production Management, Project Portfolio Management and Project Management at post graduate level. He was a program manager for the Masters degree in Technology Management at the School of Engineering and Technology Management.

Philip authored 3 peer-reviewed journal articles and has participated in a number of local and international conferences. He also contributed to the Critical Chain sections of a textbook on Project Management, and participated in writing a series of Goldratt Schools books –  CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management) (2009), TOC for Production Management (2010), Leading People Through Change (2011). Philip is Goldratt Schools Regional Director, South Africa and India.


Erahn Eyuboglu, Turkey

  Erhan Eyuboglu came across TOC in 2008 and have been actively applying it in Intem Triko, Istanbul, Turkey, the company that was founded by Erhan and his family partners in 1993. The company started with a few machines and has grown outstandingly to become a leading manufacturer in the Turkish knitwear industry. Erhan has been the CEO of the company since the foundation.

Erhan is known for his passion and drive for improving the performance of the company in terms of financial growth and in the way company is run. He continuously learns and applies new methods and approaches.

Erhan has adopted the concept of Throughput and has been extensively using it in order to create a common language and direction within the company. The focus on Throughput has been guiding Erhan in leading his people through the significant growth of the company in the last few years while ensuring that the company is known for being reliable and professional.


Frances Su, China/Taiwan

IMG_6703Frances Su received her Jonah’s Jonah, Management Skills Licensee, and Project Management Licensee, and Academia Associate from AGI from 1997-1999, and then was certified by TOCICO in the filed of TOC Thinking Process and Logistics Management.

While she was the faculty member in the Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan, as a specialist in the field of e-Learning research and development, she also in charge of the Center for Professional Advancement, since then she has been practicing for her own work, and teaching the TOC to local industries. She also became the representative for the TOC for Education in Taiwan area, later on for the Chinese Region (including mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan), mainly working with schools as a whole or teaching teachers, parents, administrators and students in the TOC Thinking Tools.

From 2005 to 2012 she worked with Goldratt Schools supporting their training effort in the Viable Vision and was the representative for their operation in the Chinese region. She establishes and supports the TOC professional community, including consultancy, academia and industries, performs management function, organizes local activities and conferences, doing training and consulting. She has established Chinese Goldratt Alliance (an non-profit organization) to expand and the TOC knowledge available to the market.

 


Keita Asaine, Japan

Keita AsaineDr. Keita Asaine is President of Juntos Co Ltd, Japan, and Co-President of Juntos Consulting Inc.

He started his career at Jountos working in the Bridge Design Department, and gradually engaged in Sales, too. He has been active in internal and external TOC implementation projects since 2004.

Since 2007, he has received intensive instruction from Oded Cohen, the International Director for Goldratt Schools, and in the period of 2008-2012, he was a member of Goldratt Schools faculty.

He devotes himself to providing TOC implementation supports and to conducting seminars in Japan.

He has a Ph.D. in Engineering from Kyushu Institute of Technology in Japan. He teaches Operations Management and Project Management as a lecturer at Education & Research Center of Manufacturing, Kyushu University in Fukuoka, Japan.


Ryoma Shiratsuchi, Japan

RyomaShiratsuchiRyoma Shiratsuchi is Co-President of Juntos Consulting Inc., and management consultant of Juntos Co.Ltd., and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant.

He teaches Operations Management and Project Management as a lecturer at Education & Research Center of Manufacturing, Kyushu University. His involvement with TOC started in 2004 with implementing CCPM into Bridge Design Department in Juntos. And after its successful implementation, he was sent to the sister company (Construction) and led CCPM implementation project as an internal consultant.

He co-translated “TOC Insights” into Japanese.

Since 2007, he has received intensive instruction from Oded Cohen, the International Director for Goldratt Schools and in the period of 2008-2012 he was a member of Goldratt Schools faculty.

Now he is providing TOC trainings and implementation support, especially in the areas of production and project management.
