TOC Applications Practitioner Program – TOCAPP

TOCAPP – the TOC Applications Practitioner Program – a comprehensive multi-module TOC program to transfer and enhance knowledge and expertise for implementing Theory of Constraints in the changing operational reality for industries and businesses.

TOCAPP is aimed at systemizing, enhancing and transferring TOC knowledge and implementation expertise to apply Theory of Constraints to the changing business reality within the framework of latest technologies and Industry 4.0.

TOCAPP for BREAKTHROUGH GROWTH is a comprehensive multi-module program. The full program comprises 30 full teaching days organized in several sessions with the duration of two to four days each. The program concludes with a one-day written certification exam. Successful completion of the full TOCAPP (all modules) and passing a written certification exam leads to obtaining TOCPA Schools International Certificate of completing the TOCAPP for BREAKTHROUGH GROWTH.

Those who are interested in only one or some modules of the program can attend the module(s) of their interest and their relevant prerequisite modules. Participation in one or several modules leads to obtaining Certificate of Participation in the relevant module.

The objective of each module is to transfer sufficient TOC knowledge and mechanics in the relevant application area, as well as to share implementation expertise to enable participants to lead practical applications of the TOC solutions for Operations, Distribution, Project Management, Sales and Marketing, People and Change Management, Strategy and Tactics in the changing operational reality of businesses.

TOCAPP participants receive detailed material describing solutions and offering guidance for their implementation. Each module is conducted in an interactive way and provides for intensive involvement of the participants with the purpose of allowing them to look into the specific implementation issues. Modules include working with simulators, solving practical exercises, doing computations, and exercising managerial decision making based on real-life cases.

Module 3	2-4 days	CCPM – Project Management the TOC Way
Module 4	4+2 days	TOC Thinking Processes – for System Analysis and Solution development – for handling managerial dilemmas – for assessing and mitigating risks – for developing strategies and tactics
Module 5	4 days	Before the implementation – conducting Current Reality Study (CRS) of the environment and working with Strategy and Tactics Trees
	1 day	Written Program certification exam
