Chapter 5 of the book Theory of Constraints in Practice

 

 We have published the fifth chapter from the book Theory of Constraints in Practice – Project management in a hospital: From chaos to success by Hans Steenporte and Michel Stijlen (The Nitherlands). It is a story of implementing CCPM in Maasstad Hospital with the results of cutting the average lead time in half whilst doubling the number of completed projects with the same number of people.

Chapter 4 of the book Theory of Constraints in Practice

We continue publishing Jelena Fedurko’s article Whatever We Do or Say Is for a Purpose (Part 2).  The continuation of the article looks into:

  • Using the communication patterns discussed in Part 1 for communicating the major TOC logical tools: the U-Shape, the Cloud, the Negative Branch Reservation (NBR), the Injection;
  • Major stages of the change implementation process
