SINGLE PERSON RUN COMPANIES : I guess the basic TOC principles would remain the same for large as well as single person run companies. Say for e.g. there was an architect who met me, he read the book i recommended him “the goal” he was wanting to know how can he implement TOC for himself. it is a single person run company. I shared with him the basic logics. The only question is whether he would have the time and energy to design all the clouds, and trees!!!
