Into the Future
If you are 16 to 21 year old and interested in exploring how to build your future and gain better understanding of systems and environments – this program is for you!
The program is conducted by the world leading TOC Experts Oded Cohen and Jelena Fedurko-Cohen in a picturesque tocExpert ThinkCamp, located 80 km from Taliinn, Estonia, on the seaside of the Baltic sea.
The four days will be challenging and exciting with:
- learning new ways and tools to understand different situations in your reality better and faster
- exploring opportunities for your future areas of interest, studies, and professional career
- learning and practicing tools for better decisions
- getting better understanding of what drives judgement and behaviour – your own and others’
- learning how to recognize and solve dilemmas and conflicts
- learning ways how to disagree with respectful and persuasive attitude
- meeting ThinkCamp special guests – interesting people with diverse professional expertise
- having great time with your peers from different countries
- having great opportunities for sports – walking or jogging in the beautiful and safe forest trails or on the beach
- visiting Tallinn: Old Town, marina, Kadriorg and TV Tower
