CRT is a logical structure that connects the UDEs to each other through the Gap Analysis and explains the current level of the performance measurements.

The CRT assists in validating that the Core Cloud (that is built on the base of the consolidated clouds of the UDE clouds) does, in fact, contain the core conflict of the entire area (as defined by the chosen UDEs).

The CRT shows through the use of strong Cause & Effect logic exactly how the Core Cloud causes the UDEs to exist in today’s reality. The objective is to ensure that we focus the solution on the right conflict and to ensure that our efforts are not futile.

The CRT is also the place where most of the important prevailing logic of causalities are recorded.
