日本で初めて開催されたTOCPAカンファレンス（26th International TOCPA Conference）は、盛会のうちに2日間の全プログラムを終了しました。

日本国内外からTOC実践者やTOCに興味がある方々が集い、“Sharing Experience”のTOCPAのモットーそのままにSDBR、MTA、CCPM、思考プロセスと多岐に渡る最新の事例や知識がシェアされ、活発な意見交換が行われました。

Oded Cohen氏からはOperational Excellence（卓越したオペレーション）に関するプレゼンテーションが行われましたが、多くの事例がOperational Excellenceを目指したPOOGI（継続的改善）に取り組む興味深い内容でした。

 

1日目のカンファレンスでの事例発表はどれも問題と解決策のロジックから丁寧に説明があり、理解しやすい素晴らしいものばかりでした。

自らの実践や、また自らの経験のシェアのための資料作りの参考にたいへん役立つものとなりました。

2日目のセミナーは、最初にゲームを行ったことで、問題の所在や解決策の方向性が具体的にイメージしやすく、午後からの講座をより理解しやすくしてくれました。

素晴らしいセッションの企画をありがとうございました。

 

カンファレンスに関しては、日本(世界？）で初めて製造業にCCPM導入事例の紹介、

MTのプライベート活用実践事例の紹介、SDBR・MTA(MTIA)・混合環境実践事例紹介と

最新のTOCソリューションの紹介があり、新たな気付きと更なるチャレンジ意識を

持たせて頂ける有意義な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。

ワークショップは、ゲームを活用したMTAの理解促進とDTAまで踏み込んだSCMが

TOC環境で実践できることを確信でき、今までにない満足感を感じさせて頂きました。

下名も更なるチャレンジを行い、経験と新たな試みを皆様と共有できるよう頑張りたいと

強く感じました。

I am sorry to cut my concentration to comprehend English on the way when you told about the assumptions, but I will learn more by reading your book.
