Mr. Ryoma Shiratsuchi
Co-President, Juntos Consulting Co., Ltd.
How can we make use of TOC in many manufacturing industries where the challenge to deal with new “Small lot production of many products” typified by Industry 4.0? TOC has proposed two different solutions (SDBR for MTO environment and MTA for MTS environment) for each environment of Manufacturing to Order(MTO) and Manufacturing to Stock(MTS). Meanwhile, in recent domestic manufacturing GEMBA, the number of cases where MTO and MTS/MTA coexist is increasing, which makes an application of solutions more difficult. We will clarify the essence of the problem of such “mixed environment” and introduce the new solution to be used there.
Most important aspect to improve the performance of the project – Breaking out from (Manager’s or Leader’s)Multitasking
Mr. Tomohiro Goto

Having a number of CCPM practices in Japan even from a global perspective, CCPM continues evolving day by day. There are infinite application methods as long as the basics of CCPM is in there. In order to maximize project performance, managers or leaders need to stay away from multitasking. Although we can solve many by a concentrated resource allocation on tasks using CCPM principle, core recipe and its practical application methodology has never really introduced. In this session, the purpose of concentrated resource allocation and the execution method are introduced through practical cases.
